He is not a silent barber bro, he is not taking to u bcz he can't understand what u are saying or if he does he doesn't know how to speak. he just understanding u with ur body language. we use body language to understand in here a lot bcz of all the different languages. even Indians cannot communicate properly when we go to different states.
