The crab was HUGE and he did order a couple of side dishes. So the cost. I have been to Trishna and the place isn't expensive if you are ordering some of their 'normal' items.

Don't get fooled by the colour of the chili powder. There's a variety called Kashmiri chili thats looks deadly red but its used mainly to enhance the red colour in the food. Its a natural colour and hardly spicy. The spice is from the green chili.

Hey Guys this restaurant is called " Ferry Wharf " it's in Bandra (west), Mumbai they generally get the sample live fish tied in a rope to show the customer and will cook the same for you. The spices are actually flavourful & not that spicy you can handle it. A must try once.

Spiciness of red chilly depends and the type of red chilly. Only kashmiri chili is used as a colour n its not that spicy. But the red chilies we use is prety spicy.

we people in jammu and kashmir use red chilli just for colour so food looks good ... mostly common chillis used in market n all ... To make food spicy according to our taste spicy we use green or dadha mirchi ...

the mud crabs a bit smaller than this are regularly home cooked in mumbai.....raw crabs costing around Inr 1000 for 6...the crabs are full in flesh around no moon day....

Okay, so here condense milk is a huge amount of milk is boiled n boiled till it get half and in the pure thick consistency and then added by some amount of sugar b coz the milk itself has some sweetness n then it is garnish with some nuts.
