Yeah, I think you have the right idea now Sean. Not over grazing the grass but tidying up lesser quality grass that would be sour for the cattle but not poaching it to allow for regrowth. The camera is perfect now Sean, very enjoyable video and I'm always looking forward to the next update.

Hi there great question. The reason why is ponies especially mine tend to be brats. They'll bully the cattle out of there way. Also cattle need the higher quality grass to trive . The connemaras are more suited to coarse rough vegetation 🙌

Yes steady camera work sean, to b honest your videos came across good i no some times u would b giving out when u b zooming in to something, ur plan seems to b working plus ponies as u said eating around the cow dung and r being moved along after cattle so not eating it bare with a cover left👍
How a ya Sean. Isn't it all about trial n error and we're having better growing conditions know than last July and June. I don't know but it could be that by having the horses following is mimicking nature as it was for thousands of years on the prairies. You could be on to something. AGAIN. 😅
Thank you colum. I think you are right. The different animals followed each other and kept moving to new pastures. We are definitely a different climate to our friends across the pond and even here we have to adapt to different years . 2023 and 2024 have been completely poler opposite so in that context we need to adjust every time 🙌
Sean, don’t forget we’re waiting to hear how your meat boxes are received. I’m guessing the meat is going to be far superior to anything we would buy at the supermarket and a cut above what we’d find even at the better butchers. There will be few farmers raising beef the way you are doing it. You may have no official label but your meat is truly organic, low intensity and free range in the most expansive way. There is no substitute for happy animals, living as nature intended, in a peaceful setting, kept by the most responsible and caring farmer. You should maybe put a slip in the boxes when they are to be delivered, asking your customers to email you or post on here their feedback after they have cooked and eaten your fare. You’re doing a grand job, producing the beef and educating us in the process 🇮🇪🇸🇬

I got home at 1 in the morning after and had to sample the goods. I'm not one for blowing however let's say I'm super happy and my confidence has been really boosted. Absolutely amazing steak IMO. Very very excited I'll do a video soon 🙌
