Pannun is a US Citizen. India should stop seeing these people as Indian Origin people. Because despite India's objection, USA and Canada gave them Citizenship. So India should see them as Americans and Canadians. When they try to divide India and if US and Canadian government ignores or support it, blame those countries and openly say that US and Canadian government supports terrorism.
I dont think US or Canada sees brown or black people as its citizen in general that's why they had to use terms like "Blacks and brown" or "American India / African American etc". Well, as a democratic country India should not use assassination as a tool to chill dissent. The right to self determination is a fundamental right under the UN convention.India should operate within the confines of international law and do a better job diplomatically explaining its position on Khalistan belligerence. Resorting to assassination is a massive own goal. The west will trust India less and be very weary of India’s ambitions.
