कुछ दिनों से वीडियो नहीं आए तभी लगा था कि शायद फॅमिली में कोई इमरजेंसी आयी होगी। आशा करती हूं कि अब सब कुछ ठीक है। ध्यान रखिएगा। आपने बिलकुल सही कहा गौरा जी, हर सब्ज़ी में लहसुन, अदरक, प्याज़, टमाटर डालना ज़रूरी नहीं है, सब्ज़ी का अपना भी एक खास स्वाद होता है, वो भी तो पहचान में आना चाहिए। सादा, घर का बना खाना सेहत और स्वाद के लिए सबसे अच्छा होता है। आपकी मील प्लानिंग की खासियत है कि इसको फॉलो करने के लिए किसी एक ही दिन बहुत सारा काम नहीं करना पड़ता, हर दिन खाना पकाने के साथ-साथ थोड़ा-थोड़ा प्रिपरेशन करते जाए तो आसानी रहती है क्योंकि घर के कामों का कोई वीकेंड हॉलिडे नहीं होता। आप जिस टाइम पर खाना बनाती हो और आप सब लोग जिस टाइम पर खाते हो वो भी बहुत ही फायदेमंद है सेहत के लिए, खास कर रात का खाना और उसके लिए आप शाम की चाय के साथ ही डिनर पकाना शुरू कर देती हो। आपकी यह आदत मैंने भी डाल ली है और यकीन मानिए, मेरा शाम का समय इतना सुकून भरा रहता है और रात को सोते वक्त पेट भी लाइट रहता है। :) Thank you for yet another useful vlog. I love vegetables sandwich Gaura I am in anytime specially agar green chutney hai tou. Have you tried boiled beetroot in sandwich? If not try it tastes amazing 😋 Kids will take time to have this sandwich u can make them aloo sandwich stuffing that u use for aloo paratha same use for bread and cheese and grill.
