Nicko everything has combinations. Example we usually eat puttu with kadala curry or pappadam or banana or chicken curry etc we don't mix all curry's and eat puttu. Also we don't eat puttu with coconut chutney. We also eat idaly with coconut chutney and eat appam with egg curry or kadala curry or chicken curry. Every food have its own combinations

Nicko you have to understand the combinations to get the taste of real kerala food and don't mix all curry's together, each sauce or curry is suitable for each type of food combinations. It takes a little more time to understand the combinations.
