The sellout crowd of 17,071 fans eagerly awaited the heavyweight clash between the two big names in women's basketball history. Clark narrowly missed a triple-double, posting a 15-9-12 stat line, while Taurasi scored 19 points in the Fever's 88-82 comeback win. Fans from across the nation, including Fever fans David Wolf and B.J. Bosier, traveled to watch Clark compete. The 2024 WNBA All-Star game is slated for July 20 at Footprint Center, but Clark has been excluded from the 2024 women's Olympic team.
