If you have troubles with the 3 stone guardian you can also press the button to open and jump/run asap to the right side( if you choose right door) and hide behind the minecrawler tunnel. They stop casting their spells and they also dont hit you with their spells.. then easy hit one by one by crossbow or bow by sneak around the tunnel so you can shoot them. Did this right now and worked multiple times.. choose first left door and that was a big mistake I think.. just a few spells and a belt(forgot which one) also more: If you do the trick with the scrolls you need to do it like right first... I did left first and cant enter the right one.. no chance, tried it 30 minutes now... Also if you have problems with the mincrawlers on the other side.. they sometimes wanna change their location to the other side and swim...you swim faster... or wait till they come back and kill them from distant with bow or crossbow. Since its their behaviour and they are able to swim I dont think its bugusing (double meaning lol) At the top of the entrance is also a iceblock scroll hidden.. and dont forget martins weapon and open chest rune in one of the sunken buildings..
If you are talking about the strength and dexterity bonuses, some are from permanent potions but a lot come from permanent foods and apples, raspberries and etc.
It's tough in the beginning as you can learn how to make permanent potion as early as Chapter 3. In the video I am in the end of Chapter 2. I remember that I bought and found every strength potion available and also all the strength foods. Also I ate a ton of apples in pastries and I think I was wearing some items with strength bonuses as well.
