This video is mostly centered on Safewise's list of the Top 10 Safest Cities in Indiana, and none of the cities you mentioned made their list. That doesn't mean they aren't "safe," it just means they didn't make the criteria to be in the top 10. I would suggest doing some internet research on those areas, and/or visiting them yourself to see if you like the area and feel safe during certain times of the day. "Safe" is a subjective word, and means different things to different people. Let me know if I can help in any way with your move to Indiana!

We have family that live in Greenwood and Avon, and both love the areas they live in. I've heard nice things about Plainfield and Franklin, so like I said in my previous comment I would recommend you do some research on the areas you are interested in, and you should probably visit them yourself to make sure it would be a good fit for you and your family.

Hi, my family and I are relocating to Indianapolis from another town in Indiana for a job opportunity with the city/county of and since I am limited to those areas within the municipal boundaries could you tell me some of the safest neighborhoods?

Anything inside "the loop" of I-465, and from a neighborhood to neighborhood standpoint, those statistics are not really given in any of the crime statistic websites that I mention in my video. The idea of "safety" is a very subjective idea, so it's hard to dictate what is considered a "safe" area vs an "unsafe" area. We recommend all of our clients drive around each of the areas they are considering living in during different times of day to determine if YOU feel the area is "safe" or not.
