I disowned all the dishes in this video as a pakistani. Peshawari naan is not sweet and there is nothing like peshawari nan it is called afghani naan. In pakistan there is no such type of food called haleem kabab😂

If you want to find proper biryani in India, you will only get in Delhi or Kolkata. In our Pakistan, I think the best biryani in the world can be found. Not even the overhyped Hyderabadi biryani in India.

Being a Pakistani this is the first time heard about haleem k kabab😂 it's not a thing bro . Haleem hum wese b khate hain buy ziada haleem ki niyaz banti hai moharram me not in Ramadan . Bihari boti behari kabab are not made in sarson ka oil, we hardly use sarson ka oil in our cuisine Our nihari is world famous and the meat is so tender so soft hath lagane se toot jata hai.
Haleem k kebab isn't a thing in Pakistan, with the texture youre mentioning they must be shaami kebabs. Also behari kebab in Pakistan are not made in sarson ka tel.
Nahi bhai bihari kabab sarson k tel mein hi banta hai agar ap Karachi se ho to Apne mukhtaria ya tehzeeb k kabab ka nahi suna woh sarson k oil mein hi banatey hain

I've never come across or tasted "Haleem k Kebab" in Pakistan. While we do have "Shami Kabab," "Haleem k Kebab" is definitely not something you'll find anywhere in Pakistan.

Indian food is mostly judged by the amount of spices (especially the chillies). In our Pakistan, there are several factors like; tenderness, mild spices, aroma and much more!
As a Pakistani, I deny all these dishes to be called as Pakistani except for their names. Haleem Kababs I have never ever tried. Nihari looked like qourma with different kind of mutton piece.
Dear Pakistanis and OK tested. Bihari Kebabs are not from Pakistan but India. And yes we use sarso ka tel in Bihari Kebabs. So that's the way. without mustard oil and garlic it could be anything but Bihari. Bihari non veg cuisine is all about Mustard oil and garlic.
The community of bihari that are in Karachi , started this diah bihari kebab . they made authentic bihari kebab. In Karachi , it's one of the most famous kebab These guys are eating may be Shami kebab ( which is made with shredded beef/chicken and lentils ) .
@@sweetkiller1927 The one you're trying to teach is from Bihar. And the dish is as much famous in Bangladesh as in Pakistan. Almost all muslim house in Bihar has their traditional recipe. There are hotels serving the same since 1900s in Patna. Have some sense of history before you claim.
There is no such haleem kabab in Pakistan . Who are give you these dishes names . 😂 You can see food fusion on RU-vid and got to learn about Pakistani food . We have mutton karhai, paye, nali nihari , bbq ,aondhi biryani ,pulao (beef/mutton) , keema alo,kaleji ,dahaga kabab , sheek kabab , butter chicken , anda shami burger, lots of options but not these things.
As a Pakistani, You guys did not do justice to our food. @vivek I’ll love to have Indian food but if you get Pakistani visa I would love to tell you about our authentic places from where you should try our food.

Guys your efforts are appreciated but in Pakistan how the food looks and taste you can only experience it only here in Pakistan and secondly from Peshawar they use salt a lot than spices and naan is like salty roti ..and then sajji it's a whole chicken or whole lamb which goes under the ground for 7 hours approx to get fully ready you guys are getting the Indian version of Pakistani food like laal color a lot so please try to cook by yourself with the help of Pakistani RU-vid channel Food fusion or sooperchef......
dude, never had any "haleem kabab" in my life, that's a shami kabab you are eating, also, chicken sajji ain't a thing, asli sajji goat/sheep ki hoti hy (kiun ky usmein stuff krky chawal pkaaty hein or usky fat mein bhunty hein chawal) chicken sajji is very... not-so-authentic. and try haleem authentic alg sy sahi wali, this biryani was not biryani-ing in any way possible it's supposed to be super spicy and khari khari. also try anda kofty (with paratha), chaampein, halwa poori with chany and bong paye (with naan)

Haleem kebab is renamed version of shami kebab. Lalla mosa is incorrect, it's lala moosa. Nihari is much different from Indian version. Bihari kebab is not from bihari, it's from non Bengalis of Bengal who migrate after 71 separation.
Trust me, as a Pakistani, I'm disappointed to see the inaccurate information about our cuisine. None of the items are authentic. I expect better knowledge from you, especially since India is our neighbor. Even countries far from us showcase Pakistani food more accurately.

Not trying to hurt your sentiments, but nihari in our country is usually of beef and is the best of all, there is no haleem k kabab but shami kabab!
There is no dish called as lala musa daal. It is typically a very famous daal from a dhaba named as mian g and this daal is famous as mian g ki daal . The word lala moosa is because mian g ka hotel is in lala mosa mtlb lala moosa jaga ka naam hai 😅
