No red cabbage extract is different .. it turns green on adding base .. and the cabbage which you are talking about ..that is green cabbage which is naturally green.

Chemists don’t taste mineral acids since they are usually corrosive. But you can dilute hydrochloric acid, where it is present in water by only a small percentage. Edit: forgot to mention you can taste a few mineral acids such as carbonic acid which is a synthetic acid but using a pH scale is a must when dealing with chemicals. We should never taste chemicals as they can cause serious harm.

Various kind of bases for cooking purpose , for washing and many more and off course in industries , in carrying out chemical reactions and what not ??? Chemical reaction are going everywhere around us!!!

Sir natural indicator bhi toh base or acid mein jaane pe colour change krte hain pe synthetic indicator bhi toh meko ye utna clear nahi ho rha hai ki difference kaise aaya natural or synthetic indicator mein?
