Radmilla Cody and I made an Indigenous peoples day song for Kids and Adults to highlight Indigenous Liberation Movements like Protect The Peaks and more. Celebrate Native American Heritage and learn why we don't celebrate Christopher Columbus day. Instrumental and Lyrics available for purchase: www.fyutch.com/store/indigenous-peoples

Anpetu waste ohenopse my brother! I love and admire how you're trying to reach our children with positivity. I especially like this song and how you showcase our indigenous peoples. In a couple of your other songs I was a slightly disappointed in some of your history lessons, but overall you're doing a wonderful thing and should be commended for the wholesome approach you bring to your music. Keep doing what you do young man! I subscribed and am looking forward to seeing great things from you in the future.

You hit the nail on the head with being peaceful but history will help you understand with the Mexicas(Aztecs), they had exploited the people outside their culture and that's where Dona Maria got her groove on to help Cortez as an interpreter bc she had been sold into slavery from royalty after her daddy died. She is called Malinche here where I live. God bless us when we realize the root of all respect is to respect all mothers, then everything else falls into place.

No momma wants to see a son die. I am from Oklahoma and that land is so foreign to me anymore. The Cherokee language sounds so close to Yucatec Maya, it's amazing. The headrights of the Osage goes through the female bc a momma always knows who are her children. When I was growing up, if you want to get ahead in the area, deny all Native American roots; deny tribal numbers. Dis got to change.

Now, we can take this a step further and see in Central America, the Olmecs and we can see that the oldest markings of civilization are in South America. The Pre Columbian Olmecs were in central Mexico, northwest of where I live. Makes me question that the Bering Straight was first. I thinking it was from West Africa.

I'm waiting for you to chip away a bit more and know that Arawaks/Tainos gathered with other people and became gathered with Garifuna and after they fought valiantly, they sent most of the people under military arms from St Vincent to Roatan, These people smart and made dugout canoes and went out to find other lands. They prospered so well that when British Honduras was a colony the Garanigu came up to trade and the British freaked out and passed laws within a week to illegalize their trading between certain hours.

Colon or Columbus came here to find the so called lost tribes of Israel. He wrote in his journal this is the reason for them coming here. He definitely was not lost and knew exactly where he was coming and going to and from. Then in 1493 the roman christian church did what they do best, and they started the curses of Deuteronomy onto us as OUR CREATOR WARNED US ABOUT. Many tribes know these truths.

This would be so amazing if you used the authentic names for these groups of people instead of the names given by colonizers. But great start!! Diné Not Navajos, Haudenosaunee not Iroquois, Mēxihcah (pronounced [meˈʃikaʔ]) not aztecs, Tawantin Suyu not Inca, Aniyvwiya not Cherokee, Lakota (pronounced lah-KOH-tah) not Sioux, Nde, which means “the people.” Other self names include Inde, Tinde, or Tinneh not apache, Anishinaabeg not Chippewa, Chahtas not choctaw, Anasazi not Pueblo

I recommend a very biased book. "The Discovery and Conquest of Mexico" by Bernal Diaz de Castillo. This book is a very biased accounting of Cortez in Mexico by his religious diario in real time. Take note when they speak about trying to find a lost Spaniard traveling on a boat loaded with gold from Venezuela to Cuba that had shipwrecked in a hurricane and out of the 9 that survived, it boiled down to only 2 men surviving, Guerrero and Aguilar, both Spanairds. Cortez was to find them both for a healthy reward, When his men encountered Guerrero, he told them, "Are you kidding me?" I am tattooed, pierced and married with children. I am not going anywhere!" Then he went back to his father in law, the king of ancient Chactemal, Natchan Kan, father of Guerrero's wife, Zazil Ha and warned that the Spaniards had heavy killing equipment and were not nice people. Corozal is the birthplace of the Maya Mestizo people. God bless Belize.
