They are indigenous/native to the America's... They never claimed to be African, but from my understanding we all have African roots/DNA because that's the motherland. That's where it all started
We always want to SAY we have our own issues as a people. Fact of the matter is, we are all dying and in poverty because of the color of our skin. I’m disgusted by some of these comments, we have been killing one another and we want to point fingers. Smh People wake up! Unite and support one another. I’m WOKE!
@@blakestar4100 The class war is definitely one that needs to be fought but if we won the class war tomorrow white supremacy would ensure that black people were still treated like '2nd class' citizens. So, first we need to defeat white supremacy.
What unites the real of us is the fight against the colonists. Don't listen to the house negros saying black people have our own problems like we all haven't suffered at the hands of the colonists.
What they are saying about water is very true. I own several acres of land with my own spring. The corporate unsolicited offers I have had for my land i could retire. Corporations are buying up water sources left and right. Nestle will own the water and Monsanto will own the food and the people will be fighting for it all.
My dad used to work on a Zuni reservation when I was a little girl. I never saw it, but even though that was 20 years ago he still talks about how amazing they were. So nice to see indigenous focus on the show.
For the hateful comments... research Malcolm X's 1954 bang dung conference ✨this is the real reason why he was killed... and it was about the unification of the melanated community!! Unity in numbers is very vital for progression.💯💯💯
@@veltdog09 man get on with that hood shit. U think that will make me sympathize with you??? Man you will never know our struggle so stop trying to identify with it. 🖕🏾
@@nayaimhotepel6995 no, I'm not asking you to sympathize with me. And I know no one else has suffered more than Africans. I never said any of that... You're right I don't know your struggles but we have struggles too that's why I know we have to stick together. I never said I tried identifying with your problems. I'm not the fake one either, although there are many people who are and I agree with your statements. I'm just saying it's better to stick together than be against one another. It's sad you feel that way towards everyone and you're right, I guess I'll never understand.
Dude on the end was 100 percent , we are "Spiritually Bankrupt " "We are more than we've been told". And the woman was 100 too "We're all indigenous, if your not European or white", like it or not she's right.
This was so enlightening and it broke me down realizing how long and how widespread this systematic oppression is...worldwide. Heartbreaking and angering. This movement needs our support. We gotta join the fight.
This is the best informative video ever on this platform. We are all a SHADE of the SAME and MUST realize that together we can make our lives and communities better. Much love
This is a cool interview. We all need to come together. It is saddening how these comment section reflect the true feelings of America. So much pride in a stolen country
Im suprised at how many "woke" black people are really closet racists, and the sad part is i think they don't even realize it....i was born and raised in Gary, Indiana, considered an ALL BLACK city because of the 90% Black population, and have interacted with nothing but Black people and a small handful of so-called Latino people my ENTIRE 50 years of life, so I am qualified to make this statement... I am disappointed in the mindset of Black people from other parts of the country because here in Gary, Blacks and Latinos are FAMILY, and you will get seriously FUCKED UP OVER HERE if you come with that divisive bullshit....need to get your mind right and quit jocking those who are truly "woke" and don't spew that bullshit...get yo head cracked open over here....
They’ll never teach you this in school But Mexicans are also NATIVE AMERICANS who speak Spanish due too colonization. Eskimos are also Native American. White people just love to border-ize everything.
With all due respect, eskimos came immigrated here thousands of years ago from bering strait land bridge....the "yellow" race....brown/red ALWAYS BEEN HERE, we didnt come from anywhere else on the planet unlike everyone else who is here now...
Thank you Breakfast Club for helping bring awareness to the global oppression that is destroying our generations world. The media has so much power and we need more people who use that power to do good things! My generation and the generations to come are so grateful!✌🏾🌞🌎🌦🤙🏾
Tbf you can also just as well say "how can black people trust white people" And (I'm sure most people know) (also as a white person) It's a pretty simple answer...
Thank you for being in Solidarity with us💓. My family has been here from before it was America and the cellular pain of our genocide is felt and always present. We were that much of a threat. I’m a mixed Mexica, but my resonance has been with Turtle Island and the ancients of my lineage. The fury about it is blinding and I swear almost gives me an aneurysm thinking about it. Blesss AhO!
mexican people are native american too. jus see how that colonization treatment mentally and sexually affected them by the spanish over the years. spain held slaves and from the battle w the sainish and the aztecs before the merger, they were the largest and strongest and most advanced awing indian population in the americas. and no closure was ever closely discussed there either and wonder why all these unsolved colonization social raping has affected the innovation and identity in the world cordially. thing about aboriginals is that when politics happened in the east side of the world it was determined that everyone made their place. aboriginals had no clue how europeans demanded things to be nor did they have the power over the decades since the west and east were so longingly divided there was no way to do know. thing about power is that once you have it you dont "ally" you benefit. so you have to step up to the plate, and its so precious but its not something like an item or material you cant claim. like white people will just be ignorant, oblivious to their powers once people are upset and create drama, create bias and take scarcity, this will affect the individulas and generations that will have to sacrifice and undo the colonization thru revolution of sooome kind. image being friends with those that raped you generally and literally. they have to get organized and see what the what mans made with our pain and reflect it, counter it.. and make the noise they need to be solitified for everything in the past, slavery, and the future
think about africans were ignored and underminded by the european powers. the same way but when they were enslaved, they knew how the rest of the world functioned and was present. the indians had to connection from asia, arabians, palistanian, brits, spanish, italian, etc that made their demons make them all stronger..
Yeah the U.S should never have chosen to replace the term Indian with Native American. Although well intentioned a Native American is all indigenous peoples from Alaska to Patagonia.
History is and forever will be about the struggle of power between tribes. The People’s of the americas lost to the European race and it’s something you’ll have to accept and deal with. You can become stronger grow to be a leader for the future generations of your people, or write faggy sob stories on RU-vid comments, the choice is yours wokeboy
Don’t be a dopey prick. I’m white and i can almost guarantee i’ve done more for the movement to get the Uluru statement signed into law, greater acknowledgement of harm done to Aboriginal Australians (both historical and presently) and the Aboriginal flag to replace the union jack than you. In fact you’ve probably never heard of any that have you. You ever even been Africa? Unlikely given only about 33% of your country owns a passport. The funny thing is that just like the annoying stereotypical white american who projects their own domestic shit on the outside world ‘oh my gaaawwwd you can’t own guns in Engerland’ or ‘ oh my gaawwwdd the lions climb trees in africa’ ( both things i’ve heard). You sit there and act like your weird and insular country, which has always been about 60 years behind the rest of the western world, somehow gives you insight into how things work globally. And thus you make statements about us wypipo despite the fact barely any white people even speak the same language and are born and raised in places you’ve never been to. We’re (not we as in white people, we as in other citizens of other countries) not nearly as obsessed with skin colour as you (as in you white and black americans) guys are. I mean shit i went to a private primary and secondary school and the majority of both weren’t white kids. How often do you see that in yankee doodle dickhead land?
This is Awesome! This is what I like to see, interviews that enlighten the people and encourage discourse on the issues and solutions to worldwide colonization. Amazing.
Dang all these comments make me think why tf can't all of us work together? Y'all are doing everything they want you to do. Pushing eachother out over some bullshit allies thing? Imagine how strong we'd be if all minorites stood together and didnt make it about "well my race had it worse" like grow up ppl & SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE..
Well we should probably get rid of all our devices really. A consumer led boycott would be quite a good idea. That and improving the legal protection of aid and charity organisations. To be honest though i think American culture generally is so insular that Americans on either side of the political isle tend to do more harm than good through oversimplifying issues and projecting their own domestic politics. There’s a lot of this ‘i’m black, they’re black thus we are allies. The ‘bad guys’ in the congo are white. The ‘bad guys’ here are white and thus they are the enemy’ kind of stuff going on. And the kind of multi lateral and wise policy that foreign governments or aid agencies can put forward are hindered by that kind of stuff.
🏹🏹🏹🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲.. wise up rise up tribe up.. what's up my real Aboriginal not the Mongoloid people but the actual indigenous people copper colored negros
They are both synonyms of each other and can be used interchangeably. Just because we call someone "Indigenous" or someone else "Native American or "Aboriginal", does not mean the DNA changes, the original inhabitants of the Americas go by their Indigenous tribes/Nation's names and usually prefer it. We know who the original people of North and South America are, they are the people who still speak their languages, practice their native traditions, passed down their oral history, and know the land of their ancestors and historical sites. Along with maintaining the preservation their beliefs and indigenous foods/customs.
@@donpatchey3178 look up the definition of Copper in the 1828 Webster's dictionary that y'all like to reference so much and come back to me. We resemble that color more authentically than anyone else.
@@serge3388 that yall like to reference.. lol.. its just the truth.. of course I looked up the word I already knew what copper was.. the only problem is since birth no one told me that the negro was that color of copper.. I had never heard of it so I would of never challenge any form of the word copper or the term black.. It was just how it was. Until the internet enlightening the world of stories that were strategically hidden.. titles that have been placed on the Negro African American that term didn't exist until the 80s 1980s.. first it was Indian/negro bc the word Indian is synonymous with the term negro look that up.. then colored the then black then African American they're just titles because I met a South African lady who became an American citizen guess what she is..an African American...smh.. study up homie.. it's a lot to learn
Black & Native American have a strong connection. There were also dark skinned so called Native American for those that dont know. "An injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere", true words, don't care who you are. Raping 3 month olds? Lord WILL have his vengeance.
The biggest problem I have is that they state indigenous population statistics as if its fact. There are a far larger percentage of indigenous population in the US if the government would correctly identify Mexican mestizos, central, and south Americans as native Americans.
Aztech 101 That is very true, it sucks many people have become lost and it seems a lot of hispanics don’t like their ties to the aztec, maya and other southern nations. The USA and Canada don’t even count statistics for natives that aren’t enrolled within their tribal nations. Unless you’re enrolled for some reason, they don’t see you as indigenous.
@@frybreadpapi7283 some reject the Aztec/ Mexica due to religious brain wash... Too many were taught history in favor of the Spanish... Teaching that the tribes were barbaric and sinners... The Catholic church has done so much damage.
Damn, this is SECOND most intelligent post I've read on this discussion...more power in UNITY than DIVISION!!! This is how europe so thouroughly invaded and conquered our land and Peoples...they stuck together and put aside their european squabbles to accomplish the bigger picture, taking all of what we had....then they infought eachother later to divvy up the spoils, i.e., the french, spanish and american wars...then more specifically civil war....
@Frybread Papi and Aztech, you brothers are absolutely correct...assimilation has brainwashed our people to the core to where we hate ourselves!!! Read "The Willie Lynch Syndrome" because it explains on a scientifical level the evidence that torture has in those who witness it and how it affects and changes DNA in order to continue evolving due to our innate need for survival....our Creator gave us the ability to read and understand, but also the Divine power to discern Truth from falsehood....hard to tap into the Divine though if our brain has not been washed and cleansed from european mindset and ideology... PEACE Red, Brown and Black men ✊🏽
Didn’t the untied Native American League fight on the side of the confederacy? Didn’t be Cherokee and other tribes kicked out and refused membership to those with African blood 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
There was a lot of fuckery going on..you know, much like today's two main parties. Both divided into many fragments varying from selfish to the opposite. You have some who were evil, bad and some who were indifferent and selfless. Don't know why you guys expect the past to had been "black and white" (excuse the pun) YOU choose who what you stand for and who you stand with and if there is enough like minded people then your voice is bigger and group is larger. Literally nothing different to today's mess.
Cherokee...all the whites and blacks claim theyre indian because theyr grandmama was cherokee....the real cherokee are no longer here....if there are any, very few
So, my question is this: When these people come on here with all these causes that they use the black platform to promote why aren’t they ever asked why they don’t support black causes? If their answers aren’t satisfactory, then they shouldn’t be allowed to use us to promote their cause.
People throw out the Cherokee having slaves and totally ignore Buffalo Soldiers "deporting" and murdering non-slaving nations. Then anti-Black Latinos step in to make shit worse, but it's all just a "Me first" mentality
Lumumba was a professional Australian rules football player in the 2000s. Used to go by the name harry o’brien. Good player unfortunately faced lots of racism throughout his career even from teammates.
I don’t use that term “minority” or “person of color”. It’s an easy way to classify all of us into one category and certain people get benefits over others. Na im good
Non black americans using a black american platform that's mainly targeted towards black americans asking for help for non black american problems. There's alot of people that ask, but don't give back like two people who make a deal is supposed to do. Black americans should focus on our MAJOR issues. Let people who want to ally with us actually give us something in FIRST that will actually help us in a major way. Every "oppressed" group is not worth allying with. Stop letting people manipulate you off your emotion to give away your platform and power.
So learning something you don't already know is a problem now. Are we not bright enough to discern what we want from this. The media blasts you with bs everyday and your worried about a few people on the breakfast club? When natives were out there FIGHTING THE GOVERNMENT against the pipelines to protect land and Water..where was the black community? Dont need clean land and water too? hm Knowledge is power whether it's your story or not. All they forcing on us and children every waking second your not worried about but an interview on the BC. Natives don't even have the Numbers to be seen or noticed in any protests. Their murder rates and missing people are HIGH. TF is so hard to work out from that.
That black platform talks useless shit 99 times out of 100, but you dont want Indians on your platform that spews out fuckry, what about with lyor fuckin Cohen? That was pure fuckery! So cause your black you can't know anything but blackness?? The world is much deeper than race, you did the white man proud son!
People did you hear what they said!?! Our fresh water is in the process of being privatized!!! Children are dying!!! We need to work collectively to solve all of our problems! He’s right about that. That’s when they starting enslaving us. It’s wasn’t just the trans Atlantic. There expansions starts there. If you study ancient history, there psychopathic racism runs deep.
The proper term is mongoloid the natives are descendants from Mongolian.. they are not..AND I REPEAT NOT indigenous to America at all.. its 2019 how dont we now these things
They can have their equality but they will have to fight their own battle. My grandparents and parents fought through segregation. Where were the Mexicans and the Native (Indian) tribes helping us out? Where were they during the civil rights movement? All of a sudden the term "people of color" is the new word to include everyone who has melanin. I don't sub to that nonsense. Black people in America have been dragged and beat to have basic human rights. We did not have the option to go on a reservation and get paid by the government for suffering.
Yah I'm here in Toronto, and the government of Canada is making all these ads talking about "the pipeline gives us jobs, it helps the economy" not even addressing the controversy at all. We spend so much on foreign aid but we can't even protect the very people that this land was stolen from, fucked up
