Yes you have visit the doctor and take a report and mail HR ...for background check u have to wait dr ...or else u can MSG HR regarding ur reports and ur background check

C in passport u can't change it ...in adhar card, pan card u can change . So if u can change ur name in this both or ur name should be the same in all 3 documents ....
@@daisyinfanta.s1122 but i am from mumbai so my marksheet has my full name with my father’s name in middle if i change in aadhar it won’t be same as my marksheet , is that ok?
@@vaishnavipal3517 same problem was with me ...i asked HR she asked me to change in adhar card and Pan card as per passport because adhar card is a important document for ur identification ...so u can do this ...
