Sweetie, you can surely apply for the interview because they just want that you are able to see everything with lenses on you have to see 6/6 with lenses there is no need to worry if you have whatever high power. Every power is acceptable just you have to see everything 6/6 with lenses on.

Grooming includes everything ,your body hair and teeth also... Your facial hair is ok no need to remove that but go and get your teeth clean and wax yourself because it will inhance the chance of selection...
