I can understand everyone is going through really difficult times and it's really challenging for students to focus. 3 tips to calm yourself which I personally use - 1) Keep yourself busy , apart from studies ( cooking for your loved ones, gardening, helping elders or any hobby) 2) watch good stuff ( funny videos, inspiring series or any learning new techniques) 3) take good meals ( more protein and fiber, less carbs) stay away from sugar.
