Individual Assistance Shared Costs Programs: Working Together to Provide Assistance 

Some FEMA Individual Assistance programs are subject to a cost share between FEMA and the State, Territory, or Tribal Government. This video provides an overview of these cost share programs. Featured are Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA), Critical Needs Assistance (CNA), and Other Needs Assistance (ONA).
The FEMA Recovery Directorate Individual Assistance mission is to ensure that disaster survivors have timely access to a full range of programs and services to maximize their recovery, through coordination among local, state, federal, Tribal governments, voluntary agencies and the Private Sector.
