In this tutorial we are going to learn step by step, how to crochet this oval placemat. There are 25 rows that we are going to knit, it measures 29 centimeters long and 43 centimeters wide. They can weave it in a single color or in various colors, it is very easy to weave.
MATERIALS
Thread or thin wool of your choice, in my case I knitted with Mollet mercerized cotton thread from the Tren brand (I recommend using a thread or thin wool that does not give or does not have elasticity)
A crochet that fits your yarn or wool, in my case I knitted with a number 2 steel crochet hook, in the recommendations for my yarn it says that I have to use a number 0 steel crochet hook but since I wanted my fabric to fit me tighter or tighter I knitted with steel crochet number 2 (if you don't want to knit it tight you can use the crochet that says in the recommendations of your thread)
Markers or signs, these are going to be of great help in all our fabric to guide us in the lines and not get confused (a thousand apologies since in the tutorial I had to change the colors of the markers, they broke and we were in quarantine and we didn't I could go out and buy the same colors)
*A wool needle to hide the excess yarn.
