Thanks for the feedback everyone! Wow, I did not know I had so many views on this video. I agree, the sound can be improved. In fact, I am looking into purchasing a good audio system. Can anyone point me in the right direction? :-)

Very instructive video. The introduction of the personal was particularly helpful. The explanation of the concepts was thorough, as well. Unfortunately, there is a spelling error in the SWOT slide: The word Strengths is misspelled. Thanks for sharing this information!
