I'm crying now. Shit. I didn't really get into RWBY (I knew about it, but had only seen like 4 episodes) until after Monty passed away, so I love much CRWBY continues his ideas and messages. It's so great.

I have a shortened version of this quote as one of my graduation quotes. This song gives me chills every time, just like the quote did the first time I ever read it. They captured the message perfectly. I can't wait for the full version.

And that's the thing, my friend is someone I know and trust. This guy that I met was literally someone I met not 1 min earlier, and he gave me his iPhone! He walked away to give me privacy while I was watching too, which I thought was really nice of him.

Reminds me of how I met my best friend. She recognized my RWBY Chibi shirt on the first day of class, and mentioned it to me. We started talking about it, and now we hang out every so often to play video games, watch RT, etc. This is why it's always good to just strike up a conversation with random people. You just never know who you're meeting!

Damn I do the same thing with my friend right now, I let him use my account with first so we can watch the episodes as they come out (although now RWBY is finished I might just drop my first membership for now, unless chibi returns).

I simply love the soundtrack of this volume. I mean RWBY's soundtrack has always been great but I think I never enjoyed it as much as I did this volume. One thing was stuck in my head for weeks and so are this and Nevermore now.

I think ever since his passing in Volume 3 there's been at least one song dedicated to Monty per volume. Though, I can't remember one for Volume 5, so I could be wrong. Then again, V5 was a flop in general. I know Volume 6 has this, Volume 4's OP "Let's Just Live" is a reference to "Keep Moving Forward" ('Moving onward not there yet' is an acronym for 'Monty' ), and Jeff has outright _stated_ that "Cold" is about how Monty inspired him and isn't actually a song devoted to Arcos. Everybody here probably knew all of that, though.

May I add that some of those words are kinda connected to "Cold"

Just wait. I was thrown by the grandness of this song, along with seeing summer and it being a Ruby song and it coming from the words of Monty Oum, I can't say how much I'm anticipating the full version of this and I honestly hope it doesn't go full heavy metal or anything and they keep a similar tune; it could turn out to be my favorite song. Those thirty seconds regardless though were incredible.
