see, that what makes it confusing? women make their appearances as natural as possible and ask "notice anything different?" like you made it to be naturally part of you, sooo nah.
22:59 I really respect Gabbie for still going in on her plate despite the spice pain, despite probs being full, and MOST IMPORTANTLY even when she’d already dumped a tissue on her plate.
Finally someone said it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 When I went to Korea I prepared with all those their spicy food, then I tried it I was like: "🤨🤨🤨" it aint nothing compare to Indonesia 😂😂😂😂😂
Ga tau sih gmn klo org luar yg ga biasa makan pedas gw yg tiap hari makan pedas udh kepedasan makan tuh mie, cmn syng rasanya masih kalah sama mie sedap goreng yg biasa ane makan wkwkwk
I think grab or go car is better. Actually u can report them if they asked for money, cause it illegal. Just write the complain when you gives star trough the app (grab/go car)
@@6우차 i'm happy if u feel comfortable using blue bird. Actually i cannot see the differences for foreigner safety. But i've compared those since 3 years ago (many city in indonesia). And i feel better to use grab or go car.
Blue bird wont ask for more money. But there's this other taxi logo's similar to blue bird in bali. that taxi will cost more than normal. and sometimes grab can only drop u off but not pick u up in crowded shopping place.
@@sabcode-dd yes if you have high mobility. But if you spend most of the times staying at the resort and not going far like what Josh n Gabie did that day I think it's better to take taxi ✌
I like how Josh is eating the rice dish the “Asian” way with a spoon! The resort looks beautiful and thank you for sharing your travel tips about the transportation/taxi situation.
@@terry3017 ayam betutu is from bali, if lombok we have ayam taliwang that grilled chicken with chili sauce and sambal chili. Your tongue will burn if you can't handle and eat spicy
I always thought to myself, why do people need milk when eating fire noodles? 🤣🤣 now it is confirmed that turns out i've been eating spicier food the whole time 😍😍 glad you enjoyed ur time here gab!
I had recently just discovered Jolly, Korean Englishman, and Gabie Kook. Their content is very wholesome and fun. I hope that Jollibie, Rev Chris, Major Charles can all visit Indonesia one way or another and tour through more places other than Bali.
😢Etapi kadang emang gitu , kstanya makanan paling pedes tapi ga ada pedes pedesnya, kalau makan gapedes berasa mau nangis 😢 berasa hambar dunia ini....
Good choice of choosing Nasi Ayam Bu Oki! It’s indeed very very delicious! I would also recommend Nasi Bali Men Weti in Sanur, it’s not as spicy as Bu Oki, you could enjoy that in peace and so delicious as well!
Watching your vlog makes me miss Bali unnie 😍😢 I’m Indonesian and grew up in Bali.. makes me homesick now. Especially during this time. Seeing you guys eating looks so yummy too 🤤🤤
So happy you got to try the local dish!!! but yea we Indonesian really love our spices (and chilis) 😂😂😂 which is why they even eat firenoodles with chili powder here or even just snacking on the chili powder 😂😂😂
Glad you guys enjoyed Indonesia (Bali), I am from Bali but living in Sweden now and i have to make my own sambal (luckily we have asian shop nearby) thats how i survived live here until now LOL
off topic but related to spicy food and a lesson to people who loves spicy food: im malaysian and my whole family loves spicy food, i grew up eating spicy delicacy and when buldak bokkeum myun first become famous, i eat it like rice, like 4 times a week for dinner. on the 3rd year of my uni, everything in my life went south and my stress level was unbearable. ever since i became stress easily, my body couldnt handle spicy food anymore. my doctors, my parents, my friends all stopped me from eating anything spicy because if i eat it i'll get gastritis. so to those who loves spicy food, please please please do not consume them when you're stressed out. i know its common sense but just a reminder!
Once, I bought Super Hot 2X Spicy Chicken Noodles Samyang in Korean Groceries Store in Canberra. And the store owner's son asked me whether I could finish the noodle or not, cause he can't even finish one noodle. When I told him that I even add more chilly flakes, he went shocked and surprised 😂😂
Gabie is so slim x.x I work out almost everyday and eat like half of what she eats but once I stop working out for a week I can kiss my flat tummy goodbyeeeee
Indonesian chili same as Thailand eye bird chili. Even has small size, but it can release huge hot sensation. If i didn't wrong, thailand eye bird chili has equal with 100.000 - 200.000 SHU (Scale Heat Unit). Maybe around that.
Gabie! Hope you enjoyed your stay in Bali. In Indonesia, the food here is always better on the street or smaller restaurants. Careful though sometimes it's not the most sanitary and some people raise the price when they know you're a foreigner, it's the same case with online transport like Grab or Gojek, you're right Blue Bird taxi is the most trusty with their prices and service. The best advice I can give is travel with someone that speak the language so you get the best experience with reasonable prices. Glad you seem to like the food here and if you ever come back, be sure to explore other cities! Love from your Indonesian viewer 🧡
This a norm in Indonasia(at least where I'm from) when you ask for non-spicy or no chili they will still give you food with chili on it haha (I learned to eat spicy because of this lol)
Grab in bali is so so so expensive. I once went to a 10 min ride on a car with gocar and it costs Rp 20 000 but crazy thing is grab is twice that price. In other places in indonesia theyre A LOT cheaper bcs we dont have tourists like in bali. In bali EVERYTHING is expensive bcs there are tourists. So if you have a relative who lives in indonesia, better ask them to come with you. Because bali ppl cant rlly do much to other indonesians bcs we know normal pricing for things in indk
Onnie, next time when you go back to Laguna hotel, try “nasi banjar” in the morning, around 10-11am. The foods is really good and its close to Laguna Hotel, just like 15 minutes by walking 👍🏼
well if you really think about it, when koreans eat spicy food it actually benefits them by giving them heat in their stomach. indonesia is a tropical country, the people don't need heat. i as an indonesian find it amusing that we just eat extremely spicy food for fun.
Bloating is usually because the microbiome in your gut is getting lower and is being replaced by the bacteria strains that are not beneficial to you. So, when the “bad” bacteria dies, they turn into gas that cause bloating. I suggest you drink some yakult for three consecutive days right after you have your meal and drink. You will notice that your bloating will be gone. But, you have to keep consuming yakult though to maintain the microbiome in your intestines.
I found it so funny when you tried to make Josh guess what was different! My bf says he sees no difference when I have makeup on. Once, I took it off on one side one and the eye looked so much smaller so I went to show him and he said it looked the same hahaha
Although I love Korean food and think that it is one of the best food in the world, I still think Indonesian food takes the top place (I’m biased). That chicken rice place you went is my favourite! Our family always patronise it whenever we go to Bali.
The 3 leg water cans are "cooling water" brands. Some are called "Rhino water" These water have cooling elements for the body. Sometimes when I have constant mild fever I drink a bottle of that. It's very popular in Malaysia too.
I'm genuinely surprised you handled that nasi ayam very well. Even for Indonesian like me the spiciness is a real deal at Warung Ibu Oki's . (not to mention the ultimate burning ass sensation later on :c)
Its nice to see you like Indonesian food, so sorry for bad experience with the taxi. Hope u guys will come to Indonesia again maybe next year, but not to Bali maybe other places. 감사합니다.
