I love to try the different McDonald's around the world to see the differences and how the cultures are by comparing the items on the McDonald's menu.
There are many McDonald's in Jakarta and I was lucky to find one in my first few days!

i've been in europe for 2 months i was looking restaurant can give me the real spicy and they all makes me dissapointed, one day i came and said "miss can i get spicy 10 times" she look at me "are you kidding!!" i said no please, and as expected not even touch my tounge, that's why i cut my day trip and go back to indonesia 🙂

'C' is pronounced ch, so Rica-rica is pronounced "ree-cha". Indonesian pronunciation is consistent for all letters, there are some exception, usually someone's name.

Becareful. If you say McDonald's spicy burn your tongue. Just order lvl 1-2 in any food that have level on menu. McDonald's doesn't have that spicy level but i can safely say it's level 1. Dont underestimate the food that say spicy in indonesia.

C is pronounced Ch in Indonesian with a shallow H, and not like K. Thus Rica-Rica should be pronounced as 'Reecha-Reecha' but with a vague h on the ch part.

I would recommend you to get any pie you like there and mcflurry (whatever you like, i prefer vanilla). Put your pie in mcflurry, smash it and mix it. And enjoy! I just lovee it 😊😊

it's like 50:50, sometime you get the fresh one (juicy chicken) and most of the time you'll get old stock (the dry one). Good luck!

Lets not. You will eventually get really sick. Your best of finding a few places where the stamdards and food are pf acceptable quality and sticking with it. My advice is from 3 years experience and a week with life threatening food poisoning.

Well, I'm an Indonesian native, and i must say to you. I didn't know about the fast food chicken sandwich war in America till i actually see it on RU-vid, but, there's an ongoing war of KFC vs McD Fried Chicken here, people are taking sides of which one is better, and there're also cheaper, more affordable options of Fried Chicken place like Sabana, Hisana, etc... . People loves their fried chicken here. And, most of us don't even know that McD's Fried Chicken didn't exist in America. Nice video. Hope you enjoy your visit... .

Downside of McD in Indonesia is that they’re technically kiddie burgers for westerners. There’s no large burgers in McD indonesia, and defo no quarter pounder.
