As an indonesian, and love drinks, i dont see this negroni have any relation with indonesia, maybe the bartender is indonesian. Gin, campari, whitecacao, vermouth, and a beans of coffee, but the first negroni was a cup of americano and gin, and now the basic recipe has changed, if i remember, the recipe was gin, vermouth, campari ofcourse as the bitterness, and citrus slice. But if you subtituted vermouth with "tuak nias", or " arak bali", now it should call indonesian negroni, bacause that's our alchohol cultute drinks, but white cacao and coffee beans, i dont think so, may be just the bartender. Sorry for my bad english mr tolmach And keep healthy, already sub your channel since 2019, but havent see any of your video lately, covid was really bad, i hope you doing great
