I live in jogja for 4,5 years. Through that time i tried many rujak ice cream vendor. My first rujak ice cream just too bad 😆 but i try more and more and try another vendor, sometimes i found very good rujak ice cream, it is so nice when they know the exact right ingredients.

I've also eaten Taichan satay at Prawirotaman like in your video. Starting tomorrow in Indonesia a long holiday because of Eid al-Adha. From jakarta I will go on vacation back to solo and yogyakarta to refresh my brain from busy work 😂
hi lyn and dan, what u eat was sate taichan a very different dish than sate ayam. while sate ayam served with peanut sauce, sate taichan served with chili sauce.
It's weird to see activated charcoal in a coffee much more to drink it but i guess it's their culture and according to my research activated charcoal has many health benefits. I'll scoop out the activated charcoal in my coffee though if ever 😂 it's interesting to try. How does it taste like?
As indonesian i don’t much like the rujak ice cream. Because Indonesia had a hot weather sometimes they want to refresh with some fruit and ice cream like rujak

it's very funny at the end of the video you find bugs in the meatballs, but that's normal here... Food and drink in Jogja and Central Java are known for their sweet taste... a lot of sugar. that's why if you taste a drink or food it will usually taste sweeter thank you, keep going

That weird to mix rujak with ice cream. Because icecream will melt and ruin the rujak flavor. Except the rujak is a dry one, that may be good since its keep the fruit cold.
