i bought a rowing machine, i'm overweight but i usede to be a distance runner, just finished this in my lounge on my machine, had to crawl to the bed xD you have a sub!
Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ru-vid.comUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !
I watched this while rowing my fastest 10k time! It looked like quite the rapid glide across the water and I thought it must be quad or eight. Anyways, I decided I should do my best to imagine my strokes were contributing to the high speed. Then 30 minutes in, I noticed the video was almost over. It had been playing at 2x speed 😆 Thanks for recording the beautiful scenery, I hope to row there some day!
Thank you for this wonderful video! I am using it for my new rowing machine workout. I just celebrated my 60th birthday this past mid-February and the oldest of my three younger sisters bought me a rowing machine as a birthday gift to help me stay in shape. Rowing is my favorite way to work out my entire body. Your video helped me do my very first workout on my new rowing machine! I didn't go too far, only less than a kilometer for my first workout, but, I am out of shape and will have to ease into getting back into shape. Again, wonderful video! Thank you!
I ❤ this video. I sit on my Water Tower and it takes me into a new world free of stress. I am totally relaxed through my workout. Cannot be a bad thing 👍🤗
@@exploarrowing yup. And looks beautiful on the RU-vid app large screen mode. 360 would be nice but the pixels start to show. Your locked horizon is perfect so I don’t get icky. Thanks! 😊
@@jonharrison8577 that's good to hear. For now I still prefer non-360 footage as standard formats still yield higher image quality for now. Let's see what will be coming in the future camerawise
Wow, I just started these indoor rowing videos. I wish I had seen them before. These are excellent and really help your workout on the erg. I crank up my CD player with some good thumping rhythm music and turn on this video on beautiful Lake Grundl. I want to try many of the other scenic rows. Now I want to travel to Austria and row on the water there.
I like this video! The surrounding, the color and cleanness of the water, the speed, the sound. Perfect Match. Thank's a lot. Third time I've used it during my workout on the waterRower. Next time will come soon :-)
Thank you! I just rowed 15,233 virtual meters on my Concept2, inspired by this wonderful film: fabulous landscapes, greetings from other boats, bird songs, and the calming rhythms of your oars. I look forward to my next "outing" in your library. 🚣♂️
