Not just a Chef but “A LEGEND”. Such great chefs appreciating Indian cuisine and sharing the recipes so that new generation can bring it to their dining table..is just so responsible on their part..so admirable 👌🙏❤️
Before coming to indore I thought that Idli Sambar and chole kulche, is the best breakfast in India, but after having indori poha i realized that indori poha and jalebi combo is no where less than anything else in this world❤❤
Ranveer bhai, aapne mehfil loot li. As a man born in Indore and raised in Bhopal, I can't express in words how happy I was watching this video. Baki, fans toh hum aapke pehle bhi the aur baad mein bhi rahenge, yeh koi kehne wali baat nahin hai. ❤
I thought that only MP wale are obsessed with PJ combination for breakfast but hearing the same from Chef Raveer Brar is simply awesome. I noticed him admiring Indore Ujjain Bhopal Cuisine and that makes me proud of being an MP wala😇
I am Chennai, I went to Indore in 2001, thats the 1st time out of southern part of India. Reached morning Indore railway station and hungry took breakfast Poha. I didn't like it, but due to budget Poha has been my breakfast. within week i started enjoying Poha and masal chai in mrng, Poha and Jelabi in evening. Every year i visit indore city for business purpose, i never miss Poha. ❤❤❤
In this short video race, this is the kind of food content that we actually wanted to see ❤❤ Just pure divine, kudos to the editor for the BGM and of course our super chef 👍🏼😊
Finally, 😃😃 most awaited recipe. 😃😃Being from Indore, I can tell you, from today, all Indooris will love your channel. Poha + Jalebi = Indoori 🤣I think this Dish and mostly the combo defines all the people from M.P. but trust me, every Gali has its version, and all versions are the best. I loved the little history you mentioned about Indore. It makes me miss home and Indore the most.
The time i spent outside MP i became used to getting served Maharashtrian style poha everywhere. But once in a while i met someone who recognizes poha from MP is one of the best. Reminds me how much i missed childhood.
This looks entirely different from what we do at home. Hoping to try it tomorrow for breakfast. I am from Andhra but stay in Karnataka. Love all type of Indian cuisine.
I helped my mom and we made this recipe. We live in Mumbai and usually eat Poha the "Maharashtrian" way. But when we tried this for the first time, we were blown away. This recipe is so wholesome and satisfying. It was really a special Poha experience, one of the best Poha I had in a long long time. Thank you very much for this recipe Chef 🤌🏻🙏🏻
वाह सर जी.... मज़ा आ गया .... poha jalebi is the best ever street food... light and filling ..
I have eaten famous Indori poha in ujjain 4 years back, its so different and even in Rs. 20 they give lots of quantity :) .Thank you RB ji for bringing traditional poha from MP. I will try this at home. and your background music selection is so WOW i like it.
I have been making Poha since few years, however never tried this Indori styled poha. Fortunately, I got to attend an SSB in Bhopal and had this lip smacking breakfast. The salty-spicy and sweetness from combination of Poha Jalebi was something my taste buds will always remember.
I lived in bhopal for two years... Other than that... My mother is from ratlam Mp so pure mp ka poha jabardas hota hai.... Mtlb ek nostalgia hai. Yaad hai subah vo paper ki ptli jaisa packet pohe ka
Ranveer ji , thank you for making such a mouth watering video.Just a couple of things though - 1. Indori pohe mein mungfali k daane nahi daalte 2. Nylon senv ki jagah Ujjaini senv ka upyog hota hain
Ranveer! You truly justify your profession and one thing that I always like about your style is that you believe in sharing secrets❤ Heavenly food, who doesn't want to have such recipes in kitchen and yes! Such delicious food ❤
I am Indori. My mother cooks delicious pohe, but the taste has always been different form the pohe stalls. I am currently in USA and came across this video and made the pohe exactly described. DUDE...!!!!!! BLEW MY MIND It tastes exactly the same as those indore food stalls. I'm getting homesick after eating this. Thanks for the memories Ranveer.💖
Amazing recipe chef! A little chopped onions and kacchi kairi in the garnish is something I love. Very few people refer to the charkhi boondi in the recipe, reminded me of back home :D
It's not just a recipe video. You're actually creating an experience. It's such a treat to watch, learn and listen to all the information with the authenticity in the way of doing things the traditional way. What a beautiful experience!❤
I am from Maharashtra and trust me when i say that i can eat poha everyday and i can finally say I'm pro at making it...i tried cutting onions the way you cut it (cubes) but when you cut it longitudinal way, poha tastes way better!! This i ls what i learned from making it 1000 times
I want to thank you for guiding honestly in each and every recipe. As many times i have tried your recipes, never i have faced any problem or failed . Thanks 🙏
