INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE
Portable Induction Jar Lidding / Sealing Machine Model utilizes the electromagnetic induction principle to produce instant high heat to adhere the melted aluminum foil sheet to the bunghole of a bottle. The advantage of this machine is that there is NO SURFACE HEAT for sealing the caps. Simply by holding over the bottle / jar the cap gets sealed.

Two-piece induction heat-sealing liner. After container filling, the aluminium foil is sealed onto the container rim by a high- or medium-frequency induction process.
After opening the container, the cardboard or EPE foam backing separates from the aluminium foil and remains in the lid. The aluminium foil prevents tampering and the backing provides an excellent secondary sealing.
