Tnx mam.... Plz reply... I bought cast iron tawa from indus veley.... Last wk... I am using that after seasoning... But roti little bit sticks on that... Why???? And i am going to buy a cast iron kadai from the same brand.... But plz tell me the answer of my question???... Why roti sticks????
Hi Simrat… though I have never used cast iron tawa but I can just say that as it is a natural material tawa and not any coated non stick tawa this may happen few times but eventually it is the best tawa for Roti. As far as Kadahis are concerned I am using TIV cast iron kadahi every day and they are fantastic
Sister,Maine bhi order kiya Indus Valley ka iron Casting Tawa But jab mehra parcel aya Maine Unboxing kiya toh mujhe mehra tawa lal lal krte huwe iron tawa Mila..is it normal?.. before use kya aisa hi hota hai..clean krne k baad thik ho jyega kya?
Cast iron tawa lal ( May be because of rust) generally nahin hona cahiye… kyunki Indusvalley ke cast iron cookware pre seasoned hote hain… normal iron tawa thoda rusted ho sakta hai… jo ki wash karne per normal ho jata hai… but agar yeh pre seasoned cast iron tawa hai to please return karke dusra manga lijiye 👍
Waah.. priyanka ji, kaafi samay baad aapka video aaya... Aapne jab vinod ke non stick ka video banaya tha to hamne saare bartan vinod ke le liye .. par agar ab cast iron wala use karna hai, to un bartano ka kya kar skate hain.. ya ham in dono ke beech main switch kar sakte hain..

Hi Jyothi… there is no coating on Cast iron cookware… initially it might look little rough but as you use it it becomes very nice and smooth. I use them everyday

These kadais look like Junk. A rs 200 Iron kadai looks & cooks Better than these. Wrought iron is also Naturally Non Stick. Doesn't mean its good for cooking all meals. There was a Reason why Iron utensils were discarded for everyday cooking. Iron kadai only good for deep frying & that too for a lot of deep frying
