PerMix PTPL Lab series mixer is a turbulent mixer for all Lab. needs. It is used as a high-speed paddle mixer. They are used with particular success in agglomeration-free rapid mixing, heterogeneous reactions with systems of different substances, extraction, sterilization and in general for all lab mixing requirements.
PTPL series Mixers are widely used in the Food, Chemical, Metallurgic and Pharmaceutical industries among others. Standard sizes range from 3 liters up to 5,000 liters and pressure from 10 mbar up to 50 bar.
This particular Laboratory PTPL 10 unit, was specially designed to a Food development lab , being able to handle all his mixing process, has special packing seals on main shaft, is medium vacuum rated ( up to 200 Mbar absolute ), special liquid feeding system, etc.
