A butter knife and a bread knife are two very different things. A bread knife is longer and serrated to saw through bread to prevent the bread from getting smushed when cutting it. A butter knife is a small knife, sometimes with an angled handle/hilt and is specifically supposed to have a large surface area to spread the butter more evenly. If you wanted to use one as a weapon, you'd definitely want a bread knife, but you'd want to sharpen the end into a point as they are usually rounded. Each tool has "classification" titles of what it can be used for in crafting and dismantling. The claw hammer, for instance, is classified as a "Hammer" and a "Can opener" tool. Some of the tools only have one classification. The labels for each tool is listed in the description above the damage output/ swing time.. from what I can tell on my playthroughs, is if you have a "Heavy hammer", ie mini sledge, that covers regular "Hammer" requirements as well.

@ GameEdged The Hunger AND Thirst bars run on a Negative to Neutral to Positive scale. And it goes 100% in both directions of Neutral! So when you are “Slightly Thirsty” and you drink once, all you are doing is bringing the bar back to Neutral. If you drink more after that, you start bringing the bar into the positive side, up to 100%. So drink to your hearts content whenever you are thirsty and run across a sink! Also, I don’t believe it is really possible to start running out of water unless the power goes out(in which case, you can go to the stations and turn it back on), so you don’t have to use the water sparingly like it’s going to run out 😅 Hope this helps anyone reading!

You can dry yourself with a towel. I found whole bunch of industrial tools in a warehouse just nearby the Saranac car dealer and the church (there's what looks to be a pile of gravel in front of it). In it there's a concrete/iron grate/tarp wall. Destroy it cuz there's more stuff behind.

The large buildings next to the school is the bus repair shops. I do believe they are still working on them. Those tools will most likely be in one of the shops and hardware store. The other town doesn't really have anything but houses. There is a farmhouse out the RV you found a couple episodes ago.

I believe the Impact Driver and Impact Wrench will allow you to change the chassis parts. Also, all the way west in Redford past the mini mart, you'll find a building with the offices of a construction company. There is a side road that leads you to their storage yard with all sorts of stuff in it.

The repair bench is nice, it can repair some stuff with no part costs (I think that is a bug), and the rest requires parts to do the repairs. SOME items for repairing cars actually require skill in mechanical and electrical which are a WIP atm.

Perfect timing again ... breakfast and new episode of Vein. In combat situation i would deffo take breadknife than butterknife. Just saw the movie again yesterday and this game reminds me a bit of it .. I Am Legend

This takes me back to the hope of waking up to a new vid everyday when you did the last update of Sunkenland earlier in the year. Can't wait to get this game. Can't decide whether to have my base in a truck stop to take advantage of the giant walk in fridges or a fire station type with the garage space. On a side note there's a place along the bottom to the south east of the map that has a giant fabrication machine you can move if you hot wire a flat bed lorry. Not sure if you'll lose it though when you log out.

Destroy and dismantle loot is not set. It's kinda random. Like you don't get the same thing from scrapping each plank or dismantling an item.

Is there a place to leave suggestions for the developers? Catch cows and breed them. Get milk and meat from them. Catch deer and breed for meat and hide. Tame wolves to accompany you on excursions. They could warn of nearby zombies and maybe attack them

i started on canary branch and every single edible item i find is rotten even in fridges and zombies dont die you can shoot them500 times and they just keep strolling around lol

I played on canary, and I felt like the canned goods should be good for years.. my ingame elapsed time was only 30 days at most... fresh fruits or breads, I would agree over a weeks time, those items should go bad, but not the bags-o-chips, wafer bars, processed foods should have a longer shelf life..

Honestly the only thing wrong with this game is that there is no endgame. I think people will get bored with the game.

Yes so far but they plan on a huge map I'd say the world is like 5 percent completed and there is only about ten percent of the content the plan too add

they really need to change the stimulated nonsense. nobody dies of a hard attack from driving 50 mph. it shouldnt start going up until you get to like75- 80 mph
