That was 🔥🔥. Apparently I was confused about the definition of freestyle. In my mind freestyle means no prewritten lyrics which brings what an artist does to a whole new level. Kinda like a movie based on true events doesn't have to be as good as a fictional movie to be just as or more entertaining. This was very good and lyrically Superior to a lot of Harry Mack freestyles but the fact that his is straight off the dome I'm more entertained watching Harry Macks rhymes.

Harry Mack is freestyling but he’s choosing to go “off the top” as in improvise. Most artists freestyle with writtens. Harry prefers to rap off the top. It’s all subjective my friend 🙏 😊

Jeremy, I've been waiting for someone else to say it. Call me old school but it's not subjective, these aren't freestyles. If you write lyrics, memorize them and then perform them you're, well, pretty much every artist ever. I guess Mick Jagger is super dope at freestyling and doesn't know it...Someone needs to come up with a word for whatever it is they wanna call a performance, but take the word freestyle out of it...and for the record these guys are HEAT and I love them, bringing me back to my early 20's in the Mid 90's...super dope, just not freestyle (IMO)...Keep up the good work Cliff, I love checking your reactions out pretty much every time! @@CliffBeatsOfficial yeah, I'm not in the music industry so there's a lot of musical terms that I'm not going to know the technical definition and this is one of them but I don't think I'm the only one. I think most people who just like listening to music think freestyle means off the dome. The word itself seems to imply it. In other words I think it was miss defined because it would give many people preconceived notions. But who am I to tell the makers of word how to define them.

@@merklevision but this is freestyling. Just because YOU don’t feel this is what it should be called doesn’t change the history of hip hop/ rap. Think about the word “Free Style”. It is your choice and you are free to use whatever style you’d like. Your misconception is “off the top” shouldn’t be in that category. But if that’s what YOU CHOOSE to do then that’s your choice. Rock artists aren’t rapping so there goes that analogy btw. That’s like saying every song ever written was a freestyle. Makes no sense. What Harry Mack is doing is “off the top”/ improvising. All those freestyles you grew up watching or hearing were 95% written. All battles, cyphers, and instances like these. It’s all love and isn’t that big of a deal to hop hop artists.
