Keep in mind the quality of the lens you're using has a lot to say for the result. The lens is ultimately what's "shaping" the light before it hits the camera sensor. Good quality and sufficient lighting also helps :)

@@MHollywood5 my lighting might be a little off but I do have good lighting. I also have the Sigma 16mm 1.4 lense. I honestly just watched a video on what camera to buy. Setting it up was a nightmare. I left it where it’s at because I haven’t had any complaints but if there is a way to optimize it better I’m all ears 🙏

When I realise hyperventilation is happening I put a song in my head and breath to it (have suffered for over 50yrs it helps) Breathing in and releasing slowly like you are a balloon deflating can slow things too. The attacks come from nowhere no rhyme or reason. When really bad I get a pain shoot down my back and I have to get horizontal. Feel for you no fun .

I know that a key part to the rap game is not only having confidence, but displaying so much confidence that it plunges headlong into the depths of cockiness, if not arrogance. I know a lot of that is tongue in cheek and bluster, but it probably cost this kid (in the first freestyle) a GOLDEN opportunity. (By the way, maybe it's wrong of me, but anyone under 30 is a kid to me.). I digress. What if the guy offering to rap for Harry had said something to the effect of, "Hey I want to rap for you too. If I impress you, great! On the other hand, if you're way above me... I STILL want to rap for you and ask you for a quick master class, cool?". I know it's tough to be humble like that in the rap game, but if what one really values is true mastery and it's not all just - pardon the pun - lip service, well, humility and a heart willing to learn is completely indispensable. Harry is so cool, I'm sure he would have done it for him, even if he took it offline. How cool would it be to see Harry give a master class? I mean... ya heard?

I’m 32 now and I have bad anxiety and been depressed badly for like 10 yrs now. But I have been clean and sober for 10 years now. I don’t get out I live with my mom. Ima producer but I don’t even do it much right now. When u said u had anxiety, legit when watching this I’m going threw the same shit. Like this nasty, nervousness in my chest. But watching this makes it a little better. Harry Mack is insane. I’m good at freestyling so I can see HOW he’s doing it but I could NEVER do it. His brain speed should be studied.
