I was lucky enough to listen to him live on a small stage. He ended with this song and it is the vibe was just like this song. Literally just thanked his drummer and left stage without saying anything. The whole crowd was in shock and we just stood there for 5 minutes in silence. Such a surreal vibe.

You mentioned that he’s typically straight to the point and doesn’t use a lot of doubles and I agree. I like his hype and stuff but I find his writing is super simple all of the time. In many songs he talks about how clever he is but I rarely hear a bar that is clever.

@@mmor7380 I can agree to that and respect it, and like I said I like his music. I dig that it’s clean but very real and deep. I just hear him mention a lot of times that he’s clever with the pen and I don’t find thats true. He is very direct and on the nose which I respect but I just expect his bars to be a bit more witty if he’s going to mention it a lot that that his lines are so clever. But I do appreciate his music and I love what he stands for, for sure.
