Have been wanting to visit Dubai and look fwd to staying with the Taj soon. Am so sure that after hearing the GM speak so high about the standards followed at the esteemed property and of his associates, more would want to stay with them. As a chain Taj has always been very dear to me though am someone who has studied from & worked with its arch rival the ITC group.Would be interested in seeing the HK of the hotel in particular especially during these dire times.How often&how they maintaining the whiteness of the bed/bath linen & gloss levels etc. My congratulations to the GM for leading from the front & am certain that the staff will be equally enthusiastic and motivated as he is.
