Hello sir. Have been following your videos for sometime now. They're very informative. I recently finished my Ph.D in cancer biology. My long term goal is to shift to industrial research. I was recently offered a postdoc position at Chicago, USA. I have some offers from some good biotech companies here in India as well, though the current pay is clearly far less than that offered by the postdoc. I wanted to know your thoughts from a financial and growth standpoint, what would be the better choice to go for? Would really appreciate your help.
