Great interview Lindsay. Don't let what happened in race control take anything away from these kids. Josef did his job. He did nothing wrong! Bring back the trophy or the steering wheel. That's how it works at the Indy 500. As TK said, the track chooses the winner... and Ashley said something to that effect as well.
Such a good interview. Josef has always been kind to fan's, He was patient as I fumbled with my wife's camera to get a picture of her with her favorite driver. The story of how he and his wife met was so romantic!
Im halfway through. Damnit this is a good interview. I was not a fan of Josef before Indy and I'm still not but he's a great champ and he deserves a lot of respect. You've earned a subscription!
As an old drag racer that has three grown kids and 42 years of a great marriage under my belt, this whole interview was such a breath of fresh air. This couple is a true family, and really have their act together and priorities straight!!!! Young couples need to emulate them, and this world would be in a whole lot better shape!!! God Bless this family!!!
Great interview - To be honest, I've always had a hard time rooting for any Penske driver as they always seem to have an edge over the smaller teams, but Josef seems like a great guy and his lovely wife too - Congrats and I'm their newest fan.
I know what you mean about rooting for Penske drivers - But remember, he came from Sarah Fisher & Ed Carpenter's team. He did a great interview with Dale Jr. I recommend as well. He seems like this really nice Tennessee kid. His grandpa was some sort of Olympics level Ping Pong champion too.
