I guess you missed the part where he said "operators with *REDEPLOYABILITY* and invis reveal." SA has normal redeployment (minus his talent) and can't compete with Scene or Ines in flexibility on invis reveal.
Wut? Buying 6* from Cert shop? It's 100% worth if it's good one Ines on shop? Hohoho u need wait like 2 year for that brother U mean buying HH ticket on cert shop? Clear all tier to make it worth and ofc if u don't need to save for 6* u want
@@foxredwings u mean Pity on Standard banner reset when u buy 6* from cert shop? No, it's not, pity only reset if u pull 6* and hard pity reset if u pull Character Debut Banner and get the rate up Character
It's somehow super funny to me the idea of Ines finally showing up in the main story with all the lore associated with it and Doc just doing "hey, what's up"
I just need Ines for one thing, invis reveal. I'm tired to "need to bring SilverAsh" just for invis reveal cause I don't have other operator that can do it
Also, I'll defintely be that nerd who drops Ines at some weird place to just remove her and leave the shadow sentinel to spot for Horn's Flares. Optimal? Don't think so. Fun artillery gaming? Absolutely
You are, in fact, entirely free to use Ines solely to lockdown 2 tiles as a No Stealth zone, and then turn those 2 tiles into No Man's Land, provided the stage geometry allows it.
I think her S1 will be very useful in content like reclamation Algorythm. I used 2 agents in the first Reclamation to generate DP and deal correct damages to resources. Their only weaknesses are their block but them being able to scout and being redeployed very fast is useful.
3:10 No you don't. She works just as well as a stationary DP printer/DPS source because her main skills don't require redeployment and her extended range means you can just put someone down in front of her and still have her contribute easily, plus the S2 is a pretty notable debuff. Actually deployment shenanigans with her are mostly a niche thing that's really just an 'also nice to have' as in reality she works perfectly fine as a brain dead stationary starter to print DP and kill shit, all the utility stuff is basically just a bonus that you don't need t bother with most of the time which is a big part of why she's actually so good. Yeah, you could try to do fancy shit with her, but you don't need to in order to get plenty of value out of her.
You didn't really highlight that the stolen stats are lost when the enemy stolen from dies. This is also the big reason to use skill 1, there is a bug where if Ines kills an enemy she has not damaged before with the first tick of S1's DoT, the attack stolen will be permanent (until retreat).
He didn't forget. He said operators with "invis reveal *AND REDEPLOYABLE*." SA has normal redeployment (minus his talent) and can't compete with Scene or Ines in flexibility.
@@raymond7873Good thing is she has great utility like both of them who mostly used on Hard content but she also can be used on every squad, she can stay on your squad forever because no one can replace her so far unless there's less enemy in no natural regen DP stage
Ines can reveal invisible enemies, and slow down enemies in her attack range. Whenever she is retreated or killed she drops behind a shadow sentinel, which has the same range as ines. It also slows and reveals enemies but it doesn’t do damage or anything else. When ines is deployed while the sentinel is still on the map, the sentinel stays. So you can have ines deployed with her previous sentinel still around. You cant have more than one at a time tho.
@@greasy_breads So...Basically it only slows and reveals enemies? Does its slow stack with Ines? Otherwise, what's the point of dropping her back on it?
@@shadows_star it doesnt stack if you stack her on top of it. it just acts as a free slow and reveal anywhere on the map without ines even having to be there. it cannot be attacked so it's just a free debuff for any enemy passing through it. plus there's tons of usefulness about having an invis reveal that can't be attacked anywhere you want it. also if youre using ines's third skill the sentinel will go to her when she's deployed and hit eveything on its way for big damage, plus it triggers the bind and attack steal effect too. so if it hits 5 enemies on its ay to ines it steals almost 500 atk for ines.
Ines calls herself a Sarkaz in the story well she definitely identifies as one (Paprika tried calling her out on it, though) Apparently, though, Paprika likes the book Hoederer wrote
Well, I got Ines, but I kinda disappointed. Everyone was so hype about her and a lot of people said that she is so overpowered, so I pulled for her. But thanks to Yii video I finally understand why I hesitated - like Ebenholz you need to plan your stage clear, BUT your reward for doing that is just crowd control. And I really like Ebenholz because he rewards you for planning with easy time in stage (when he is viable option). So I hope Ines will shine in some future content, otherwise it was wasted 100 pulls
She's also far and away the best vanguard and general starter for IS3, as well aa running her bagpipe + cantanible is a better fast start team woth dp cost equal to flagpipe.
If you actually think while playing the game, she is Game Changing, but for a lot players, its about spamming the most damage the can,so she loks underwhelming to them
Before all the Ines fanclub members murder me let me say it like this . . . I dont think Ines is a gamechanger tbh, a game changer are chars who literaly ignore core mechanics like Bagpioe straight up ignoring ur opener and gives ur FlagVans instant DP printing or Mudrock where u put her on a lane and 2min later already forget about her . . . I mean yes shes strong and all but tbh . . . She can be replaced by others who have more overall DMG, Defense and HP and are equal if not even better in terms of "Gamechanging" . . . *cough* Bagpipe
you seriously say that having option of getting 3 tiles of -30%MS and invis reveal at the start of every stage at the cost of squad slot is not as impactful as Bagpipe talent?
@@ChaliElleand how many stages are there with invisible enemies ? -30% ms is good but thats for it . . . I dont need chars who csn reveal invisible chars cause bagpipe alone handles most of them with her S3 in like 1s . . . The only good thing about Ines kit is her S3 going all across the map . . . Well . . . What else ? ...... nothing rly . . . DMG is meh, defense is meh, HP is ok and as lokg as u are not skilled with her S3 positioning even her S3 is just meh . . . In overall Bagpipe is a much better option to deal with any kind of enemy in any kind of situation . . . Ines fighting invisible enemies 1 by 1 meanwhile Bagpipe helidroping the biggest bosses in the game . . . U see where it ends . . . Look im not saying Ines is bad (by far one of the hottest chars and nice tighs) but dont get me wrong . . . Modt fastredeploy chars are "kinda" useless anyways exept they do stupid immense of dmg like Texas alter S3
@@YogSothoth620 Operator don't deal bazzilion damage per second = bad. If you look just at raw numbers and ignore everything else that Ines can offer, than yes, she is bad for you
@@mory9118still . . . This game is based on dmg in mind ..... even tanks have skills who increases dmg outcome of other OPs (sarias S3 for exsample) so everything in this game is based around doing max DPS . . . Even if u have dome utility chars like ptilopsis, Qiubai etc the essential basis is still "deal as much dmg as u can" .... dealing dmg also decreases healing cause enemies die faster and makes ur overall gameplay faster obv . . . So a char who can slow 30% is not much of a help at all . . . . Fast redeploy u say ? Just take Texas Alter for exsample and see enemies vanish in front of u . . . If u consider that tanks like Saria who are like base stuff nowadays like slow for -60%, increases art dmg taken by enemies, has the strongest Heal/s and is a tank so she has good def and HP . . . So why take Ines when u can just take saria who does the same thing with better benefits . . . Tell me 1 char who can replace Bagpipes talents, name 1 char who can replace Mudrocks toughness, name 1 char who has stupid high utility like ptilopsis . . . . U see where this is going . . . Even if its not about dmg . . . Ines does not have anything other chars dont have and prob do it even better ..... look im not trying to say Ines is bad, i still pulled her cause shes hot and has thicc tighs . . . But from a end game gameplay view . . . Ines is only around in the upper average group of OPs
@@YogSothoth620she's gamechanger in a sense that u can gen dp, do dmg (a lot actually), bind (which basically no one is immune to compared to stun), slow and reveal enemies in 1 slot, the other half not even requiring her to be onfield, which is neverbeforeseen, and extremely important in -deployment slots/-squad size/limited hope(is) economy, and even in low ops clear (like the patriot run) what the fuck is the comparison with saria???i really dont think its hard to understand that she can reach enemies where texalt and yatoalt cannot while staying invis with s2 while generating dp, or the fact that neither saria nor texas affects ines at all bc they do completely different things (saria having rlly big downtime and having nothing to do with dp regen and dealing dmg role of ines) and even to an extent compliment each other and ptilopsis's skill cycling can also be of great help in stall cycling, not just dps lol u really didnt have to include thick thighs there but eh idk what your definition of endgame is but inside and outside main story, she is absolutely broken and cannot be replaced solely by texalt or saria or wtv the operator youre gonna compare with
