I just got mines and it not working when I won't it to turn on my TV don't have the yellow behind it just green and red what do I do I need help do it depends on what type of TV or no
Has anyone found out if you can save progress in any games. I bought this mainly for Zelda, and could never save my progress. I had to leave the game system on for about 2 weeks. Can someone let me know?
£32 for 600 games is better than previous offerings for these retro consoles, where only a veritable handful come with them, although I have heard that the games on this console have not been authorised by the original vendors. However, buying a cheap TV box or Pi that will give you access to thousands of games across multiple consoles is still going to the more attractive for many and of course be used as more than just a gaming machine. So i suspect that for most, this will be an impulse purchase that will soon be sitting in a cupboard gathering dust. Instead, the likes of Sega, Nintendo etc should have gotten together to produce a retro console that can play games from many of their past products and then allowed sites such as emuparadise to host them. None of the games from the past have realistically made any money for a long time, so make the money from something that has an official manufacturer(s) badge would enable a veritable cleanup in terms of sales because if you can play thousands of titles, many will prefer to buy something with a brand name because they know that they will work out of the box.

These types of units change every 3-6 months, but are still mass produced with no QC. Since I did this video 2-3 years ago, I would guess there are many models that replaced this.

I have a pretty similar device, but I have a problem, that it has only 10 crappy games, should have been 621, but mine has a micro sd at the back, which is not working, I don't have a spare, will buy one and try loading rom files in it, I'm guessin it will work. Strange thing is, it was nowhere visible in the adds, that it has one
No buyer beware? The Majority of these games are Chinese bootleg knockoffs that don't even function correctly. I supposed you wouldn't know the difference if you're not familiar with the original games they're based off of. No offense but you really come off as someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Even your teardown was basic and generic. Its kind of a shame that your viewers aren't given some kind of disclaimer and warning not to waste their money when it would cost just as much to set up a homebrew situation with a Raspberry Pi or something similar. I'm Guessing that since you have a direct link to how to buy it from Amazon that you're being paid to promote this in some way or getting a kickback from the amazon link. There's no way that anyone with any knowledge or passion for retro gaming would promote this piece of garbage system.
I think he does basically say these games are broken and bootleg versions. He even shows the games, which are obviously bootleg. He didn't even promote it, he just said it was better than he expected. I think you should think twice before accusing someone of doing a paid promotion. If this was paid for, he would not have shown all the buggy stuff.
