Infant’s first nursing assessment //NCLEX 3 

The first newborn evaluation is so important- is the baby preterm? Or sick? Is there a way to figure out the baby's gestational age? Yes! the Ballard score! How do we measure vitals? And what is the normal temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure for a baby. How do we measure the weight, length and head circumference for a baby? Why is this important?
