Hi Novela, I’m just going through the regime document and I have some questions , wondering if you could help me clarify this. Using the LCO method , you specified cream as moisturiser and using oils or butter as a sealant. Shea moisture kids curling butter cream has both names ‘cream and butter”. Is this solely a moisturiser or both moisturiser and sealant? Also, after washing and moisturising, it’s important to remoisturize the hair mid week before Cowash and wash day, when the hair is dry like that, do you still use water as the liquid, or you need to use a liquid spray like the Shea moisture hibiscus detangling spray, or you can spray both?
My now 16 mo would never be this cooperative lol. I have to bribe her. She only lasts 3.5 minutes. But I'll try it exactly like you did and perhaps she'll like the process better.
Lol she'll get better trust me, check this video out for some help/ideas to help her get use to you doing her hair: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t4dLmnx0pww.html
Really depends on your daughter's hair type, the best thing to do is to try some oils and see which one her hair responds to best. Olive and coconut oil are examples 👑
How old is your niece in this video please if you can remember? I have an 8 month old and even though I use the LCO method to moisturise her hair it’s dries and tangles quickly because it’s in a fro all the time. What age can I start using plaits or twists to stretch hair, and prevent tangling and moisture loss? Thank you Novella
She was about 6 months here, from 6 months if their hair is long enough you can start plaiting or twisting to help retain moisture. Leaving it out all the time will cause dryness and tangles 👑
@@shainaharriott7196 ah right, so the problem is you're using grease as a moisturiser when it's a sealant. That's why your daughter is experiencing dryness. Check out this video for a demo on how to use grease for moisture retention - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ODFYl96VKEA.html
Hello thanks for shearing your Video, i see you use shea moisture for kids where do you purchase this? I use the adult one for my hair and its available to buy most places but cannot get the kids one.
Hello, My daughters hair isn’t long enough to do plaits or twists what would you recommend I do to help retain moisture as her hair dries out very quickly. Thank you
At this stage if her hair isn't long enough to plait or twist just leave it in a fro however it's important that her hair is moisturised well and often and you have a good regime in place for her hair.
Just Subscribed. My daughter hair is fine and not thick and curly at all. Which products do you recommend to use on her hair ? Thanks for sharing. Love your videos.
Hey, thanks for subscribing. For fine hair lighter products and oils would be ideal. Take a look at this hair type guide for guidance naturally-crowned.ck.page/bca3bd1642
Don't worry shar, they all go through that stage. She will get better but is important that when you do her hair she isn't in any pain and also try and make it fun for her or keep her entertained by watching her favourite cartoon for example
@@ncbynovella thank you its a struggle lol but I will be persistent! I love the sweet pudding for my daughters hair but not good for my 5 year old. Would you suggest the whipped butter gel?
@@shareebobbins2457 lol please do, when it comes to products it all depends on hair type. pages.convertkit.com/bca3bd1642/202dd4dcc2 please check this guide out, it will help you identify your daughters hair type and then from there it will be easier to understand what products to use 😊
