Sorry for all the comments to you lovely parents. I’ve done loads of research on this subject, y’all are doing the right thing. If a child doesn’t want to go to school or eat vegetables and is crying no one says “I’m abusing you by trying to get you to eat broccoli, you’re clearly in distress here’s your candy!” Like no! No one does that, because true love is putting your child through things they don’t like that are beneficial to them. Good job parents, and im sorry for these ignorant comments❤️ and your baby boy is precious❤️
Yeah, super cute when your baby is so terrified he’s clinging to a stranger for dear life 🙄 I love how all three of these adults continue to casually converse with the screaming, pre-verbal infant as if he’s going to hear them, understand them, and then somehow learn from their divine wisdom 🙄 Will people ever grasp the profound impact that traumatizing events have on memory systems??
You know what's even more traumatizing? When your baby drowns and you could have prevented it! Look up ISR and read about how it saves lives before you start posting bullshit. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. I'm guessing these people would rather have a kid who's upset for 10 minutes (that's the length of these lessons BTW) than have a dead kid. Just shut up already.
@@taramann6960 they seem to do that on their own as they're thrown in and left alone. It's useless, though, to answer your question. I don't believe it can work nor really save them. Did the two die from a fall in drowning or swimming? Or did they develop delayed drowning?
@@taramann6960 Your logic has completely failed you. The kids didn't die BECAUSE they took the course. That's like saying we shouldn't put children in car seats because SOME children have died in car accidents while they were strapped in to the seats. You are just looking for a reason to hate ISR because you don't personally agree with it for some misguided reason. ISR has saved lives and will continue to do so. Wouldn't you rather a child have a chance to survive? There are many parents out there who lost children to drowning that wish their child had been given that chance. Don't be a hater - it makes you look like a jerk.
There's a Karen here replying everyone.. Hello, in our town, there have been 3 kids drowning in the last 2 years who had graduated their ISR training in a very well known swimming Institute.. It's not that applicable in real life situation without assistance.. But good for kids to be familiar with water later when they learn actual swimming
Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them a Karen. And it makes YOU look like moron when you can't even use Karen in the right context. I'm not going to waste my time typing it again so I'm copying my response to Tara, who apparently is also a fan of children drowning...... Your logic has completely failed you. Yes, kids have saved themselves due to this program. I will give you some of their names if you will provide me with the names of the ones that you say drowned.
@Upstaged07 most of the internet trolls are very uneducated and have low IT'S, spelling, and correct sentence structure are the least of their failings. When a person wants to argue at least do it in a way that makes sense and with logic. Many college grads take a class called argument and speech, which teaches them how to argue successfully. These dumb arses just say, "I know am, but what are you?" Child like statements, it's funny.
Thank you Kiki for your comment! I get sick of the parents who comment saying I have done loads of research on the subject yet they never mention exactly what research it is. ISR. It’s been around since the 80s. And I would like to know exactly who these two children are that have died from The Program because I doubt it has anything to do with the program that caused them to die.
What??! Oh, I see, white children aren't allowed to be scared or traumatized because they have all the privilege. Seems to be a sin to be white these days
