This is a difficult badge to get. Use no-clip to get around the map, which never activate the piggies. To get the secret ending, take the picture from the box on the second floor down to the ? on the first floor.

EDIT: Due to some not understanding, Infected Developer''s Piggy is a FANMADE game (as the name implies) with zero connection to MiniToon's epic Piggy game. The video was made just to show the end cut scene. No need to freak out about the game being fake. There are several decent Piggy inspired games out there.
