That would make humans op, and the creator of the game's goal is to make it easier for smilers to kill/infect people since new players are usually smilers, and the creator wants new players to stay in the game so the game gets more players or popularity

This method is actually possible with some maps providing the bat as a spawn (unless this has already been patched, it's been ages since I last played) so it's possible to use a weapon of your choice and also wield the bat at the same time.

the spear is pretty good for coins because it doesn’t do that much damage but it will give a coin for every hit branch is good for damage and stun but it won’t get much coins because it kills too fast and has low durability
