It’s main ability and the reason people love it is because it’s unique ability to nullify other fruits. Which they clearly didn’t add ☠️ We wait so long for the fruits and overhype them but they always end up average. Look at mochi for example

Ngl i dont know what to expect from gpo fruits anymore, they are overhyped yet in the end its just average, even more so when yami has enough canon moves yet they made custom ones. I dont got problem with custom moves on fruits, but when its useless move its just big no. There was no need for travel move, its slow as hell and geppo would be faster

This fruit is a lot closer to smoke in terms of abilties than it is to actual darkness

Alright, first move looks like a weaker Gravity Dominance, second seems like a weaker Black Box, the pulls seems bigger, but worse than Zushi's pull, the liberation move's just another Chestnut Mochi, and the ultimate seems like it's the same thing as Suna's Railgun, so it's just a "weaker mochi", has basically everything, not good for any, sad.

Yami really didn’t need that dog shit flight, what would have been cooler was traveling through a black hole, as in u could aim ur cursor and go through a portal on the ground and pop out somewhere else

btw the gimmick on abyssal form is the 50% damage reduction

im not quite sure, but based on the actual technique's of yami yami in one piece i think black liberation launches debris that is charged up from black vortex

i think its beautiful. it looks like it can be used for pvp and pve and its visually appealing. thats perfect for someone like me who does a little bit of both grinding and pvp. the only thing i would change is the flight, either make it faster, or get rid of it and add some kind of df nullifying zone that lasts for like 10-15 seconds

Yami looks goated Interms of looks, and from what we just saw for PVP too. I agree with the comments that they should probably add devil fruit nullifying. I also think they should replace the travel with something similar to shadow travel

Abyssal form reduces your damage by 50 percent and gives logia dodges in case you didn't see. But I was really hoping you could nullify other fruits with yami. I was expecting the yami ult to swallow up other moves like an enkai ult. I think doing that at least would give the fruit justice but all well. Common GPO L.

As far as I've seen it has 2 true extenders, 3 guard breaks, broken move for PVE, flight with 50% damage reduction passive, logia bar, and mid ult. Yeah i'll def eat it.

yami - make a close-ranged grab type move, maybe piercing your hand into the target, and make them incapable of using their devil fruit for x amount of time. x can scale off of skill points in devil fruit. it should also deal some amount of damage and disable usage for a good while - if it's only disabled for like 5 seconds, it's not that worrying, just geppo away, but if you can't use your main source of damage or combo extender for 10+ seconds, it would put you in a panic mode. would also promote more fruitless builds and make them actually viable, and reduce the number of fruit spammers. if this was made, as well as some naruto subsitution type thing, i think pvp would gradually start to become much more diverse and interesting.

When you guys only have such high expectations you should expect to be let down

Yami ultimate needs rework i think this is small ultimate in anime Teach use (Dark Matter) like Ace (Entei)

i rlly wish i could get back into gpo i just dont have the motivation to sit in 30 minutes dungeons for a slim slim chance to get a logia let alone a good one, same thing for trading just overprices and its so time consuming, i quit after i got my q fit taken bc a trade didnt show the items. without being rich in this game and having all the unobs you can barely enjoy updates especially the fruits

The game is still alive . Just not nearly as popular as it was. 10k players on a game everyday is really damn good .

They should get rid of the dark fruit logia doges and give it a passive where dark absords other fruit attacks or if you get hit by a dark user all fruit skills are put on a short cool down

You take less damage in the flight and it also can’t be canceled the flight is kinda broken

There’s nothing cool or special about Yami that makes it worth switching to, it’s not unique, every other fruit has its own uniqueness. This is just there to be there , like suna (suna used to be unique with its ultimate)
