2TC is an achievement in BTD6 where you're required to complete the CHIMPS mode from Rounds 6-100 with only 2 towers placed down. In this video, we are completing CHIMPS with only the Inferno Ring, Tier 5 upgrade of top path of the Tack Shooter & the Dark Champion, Tier 4 upgrade of the bottom path of the Super Monkey placed down for the 2TC achievement.

That "inconsistency" really hits hard, its a terrible factor in my Chimps runs. I have finally finished my Geared black border, concluding my Advanced maps. Next challenge is the Expert category, starting with X Factor. Sigh

The "Increased pierce" from the dark knight is like +2 that it gets compared to the 0-0-2 , a 300% increase. But compared to the 0-2-x, that has 3 pierce it's just a 66% increase. That's why it doesn't feel like it makes a difference. Also, i think i commented this before, but the plasma blasts crosspath also gives +5 pierce together with 33% more attack speed, it's more of an increase than the epic range crosspath +3 pierce.

i think a 2 tower impoppable with 2-0-4 super and 2-5-0 heli could be fun (note: increase starting cash to the cost of one base heli) and then use the door gunner monkey knowledge to put the 2-0-4 super in the heli as the strongest non paragon door gunner in game (the strongest with paragons included is the sentry paragon red from engineer paragon in door gunner)

Can you try a 2tc with Brickell and carrier flagship. I'm pretty sure it's possible but it looks so close

For the early rounds Tack Shooter suffers the lack of range & pierce that x2x provides if you don't buy it.
