Onigashima Luffy and Gear 5 is the only character in the game that has ults that can ignore invincibility hitting for full damage that is why the logia weren’t a problem.

Gear 5 need more abilities that show in the manga in pirate warriors 4,but flip the game on it's head with conqourors haki we need white beard in his prime shiki Douglas bullet, sengoku with his prime and conqourors haki, zoro with Emma big mom and herra law and kid, king and queen, pirates warriors franchise what going on with the anniversary what next, what up because roger is here, we need more monsters in roger past

You just need five skills to make every single character extremely powerful: Undying, Cheat Death, Hero's Strength, FFB Enhancement and Concentration. Once you have these, most characters will be at like 95% of their max power. You can just throw on any other skills you like from here. Avoid stacking too many damage skills though, since damage buffs have a cap and if you cross that cap, some of your skills are wasted.

@@BoingBoing000 you can google "one piece pirate warriors spreadsheet". Someone checked the code of the game and listed a lot of stuff. They also know values of skills, how much damage it increases. For example, Cheat Death increases your damage 5x when your HP is 5% or less, but even with full HP it still gives you a 20% boost in damage. The cap of damage is 5x, so if you combine skills and end up getting a boost of 6x you will still deal only 5x the damage, which is a waste using too many of those skills.

I just run indomitable spirit as ur health just shoots up and u regain health constantly in Gear 5. And yes u can get ur Full force burst back up with combos. I have used Alot of characters Smoothie, Gear 5 Luffy, Roger, Rayleigh, Garp, Kaido, Big Mom, Akainu, Speed Shanks, Whitebeard, Yamato I love this pack the best and Roger has Def taken 1st spot as my fav to play

@@Hellsing7747 even with indomitable spirit, you can still get your health melted if you don’t pay attention. Tried it on Zoro and died cause I was rushing in thinking I’m invincible.

Top of the World (TotW) - Airborn Adept - FFB Enhancement - Rage of Lion - Heat Up - Battle Instinct (BI) - Hidden Resolve (HR) - Indomitable Spirit - Hero's Strength - Iron Wall. TotW and BI increase special recharge rate. BI is only active if none of the specials are full charged, but you can just spam specials all the time. HR restores stamina when you use a special move, so you can practically dash infinitely. Also using Luffy's square > triangle (x3) combo recharges specials almost completely. Indomitable Spirit makes so you never have to worry about your life. I just did this stage with this build in 10:59. Maybe cheat death can be a bit faster, but this one gives power without having to worry about yout life.

Gear 5 Luffy is still so good, yesterday I tried Onigashima Luffy WITHOUT Gear 5 and it was still fun. A Character that I love using in this stage is Doflamingo, with a Spam Build (Ever White, Break White when there, repeat). And he is so fun!

Worked up for some reason didn't do anything for me. I used it with Roger for the mission where you kill as much as you can and I was getting combos up to like 10k and his FFB would still only last a regular pace

It's fun to use Onigashima Luffy without using gear 5. Of course, it's a bit harder, but you can still finish the mission under 15 minutes .

it does apply to combos. somebody did testing and uploaded a video. makes characters like oni luffy, oden, roger or rayleigh even more broken

Sovereign strength boosts any attack that does that knock over foam at the mouth animation to enemies. So the super skill it self and for characters like Roger, film red shanks, and I think Rayleigh as well have some combos that produce that effect so they indirectly get buffed as well. For dlc luffy it's the conquerors skill and actually also his transformation emits conquerors waves so that gets buffed as well which is a pretty neat effect. So your not missing out on much damage for luffy. For Roger the skill is much much better
