The fact that with the blitz-cow combo who perma cc's everything can say that an enemy comp is bs/annoying(and i still can aggre that the enemy is still more bs) is astonishing.
i can only recommend gragas with ethereal weapons its my favorite augment it basically makes that your w procs on all of your spells and it seems like it does way more dmg than its intended to be its just sooo funny tho to oneshot people with just a flying barrel
It does stack forever, it just stops whenever you proc ethereal weapon with another ability because it resets the timer therefore the passive wont be able to proc itself again.
I’m wondering if because the cooldowns on ult and EW are both exactly 1 second they somehow don’t always line up? It seems like sometimes it procs itself a different amount of times per instance
That's not the problem. Despite its description, every 3rd activation of the passive on a single target activates at about 0.75-0.9 seconds instead of the intended 1.0 seconds, causing it to fail to proc ethereal weapon due to its 1.0 second cooldown. This is why his tests at 3:18, 7:44, and 9:09 all ran out. The correct way to calculate how many activations would occur is that every "normal" application of the passive will result in 3 "actual" applications, because that is how long it takes to have ethereal weapon fail to refresh itself.

Since blitz get to such a low cd, wouldn't it be worth it to you right before you know you're gonna be hitting a plant, so it basically has no downtime and you also get the damage/silence? Or do you think the momentary lapse in the lightning you've stacked up is too much damage loss? @KingNidhogg
@@IIIlIl sorry, I didn't proofread it. I was asking if it would be worth it to use *BLITZ ULT* right before hitting the plant, that way he can get the damage and still have it up for the shock passive with practically no downtime. But in this video he just NEVER uses ult because he's playing around the shock passive.
