Thank you for the comment. I was motivated to make videos geared towards veteran players and wanted to make the videos short and effective. So I greatly appreciate hearing this from others!
Nice vid only thing I disagree with is Aldabra (Variant A) It is on par with the Taurus (A and B). Fully upgraded with +30% weapons tech boost it does great because of very high alpha damage on the main guns (591 if I remember correctly) plus it gets a +10% al cannon hit rate and a +15% dessy/frig hit rate.
I don't have enough TP to run it with my other BP, but from what I have seen it falls short behind the Taurus, HC eris and Integrated Hussar (Vs small ships) in DPM
I run Aldabra in my flank fleets, and it tears stuff up. It won't survive like Taurus, but it still manages to pump out similar damage. Usually hovers around 10-15k difference between. Sometimes ahead, even. With same TP amount.
aldabra is still a last pick destroyer. it doesn't perform in any particular aspect better than other destroyers. if i didn't have any other dpm destroyers/frontrow destroyers then i would use aldabra. ugh just saying that last part makes me feel dirty. i need a shower now
