An Easyer way is to turn on random items(diffrent everytime) and using the vending machines(200 fresh water = random item Likely over 200 or something powerful like choice band) then sell what you don't want and keep what you do.

I did this and the value changed in game, but it says I don't have enough to buy anything. (Never mind I just reworked the steps and did a smaller number and it worked, thanks for the amazing video!)

I've just started a randomizer nuzlocke and the shop wasn't selling poké balls; I was lucky enough to find some net balls in the secret garden. I could use this cheat to go from 3 balls to 53, so now I won't miss encounters. Thank you!

Hey please help me, I followed all the steps for the rare candies, but when it comes to changing the value, it does not change, I mean, the value is 5, I change it to 999 for example, vut it stays at 5, IT DOES NOT CHANGE IN THE CHEAT ENGINE OR IN THE GAME, WHY?

You can, yes. Just be careful setting the number too high. It can crash the game sometimes if you do that. Especially if you do it a lot.

Did you make sure to make your value an odd number? I know a lot of people didn’t watch the whole video so they keep having this problem. It will crash every time if you do an even number.

That’s the biggest problem is finding them. I think a quest offers them in game, but I don’t know which one cuz my game was randomized.

Yeah don’t make the number too big. And don’t make it an even number. Make sure it’s odd.

Start with 101 to make sure it works. That’s a safe number. Then move to a much bigger number.

Unless it was added in by the Dev I don't think it would be in here. While the game is definitely based on the design of FireRed, it seems like the game was built from the ground up instead of being a rom hack.

Well keep in mind the value you are inputting is the number you get x 2 + 1. So what you input will be different in game. So that’s why it always has to be an odd number. If it’s changing in the cheat engine, that’s fine. It shouldn’t be a big deal unless it affects in game.

So you click the arrow and the item is placed down below first right? Then you are double clicking the number of the value down below right? Double check you’re clicking in the right spot.

Oh gosh. Idk. That’s just the way I was shown to do it. You can also just put the number in as it is, but it’s not as reliable. Also every time you change the number, the new number you put in is the answer to that equation. Hence, why it crashes if you don’t put an odd number. Because you can’t add 1 to a x2 and get an even number.
