And, when not in meditation as described above, the best way for happiness to flow through ones heart is to observe the beauty of nature in awe of creation. 🙏🏼🥰
The greatest love, the greatest bliss is when one is aware that ones self is no more and feels the biggest love, only that eternal love in the eternal ocean of soft light when one is totally dissolved by its grace into its being. Time stops, its space and volume eternal is known, even though one is consciously recording this, one is no more, only That Is. 💖
